Shannon's Salt Sampler Trio

$20.00

Salt is the key that unlocks the full depth of flavor in any dish. I've always been fascinated by the variety of salts from around the world—each one bringing its own unique character and complexity. With this in mind I've curated a sampler of three of my favorite salts to elevate your cooking and inspire new ways to season your food!

The 1st salt sample is a sea salt from Colima, Mexico. I traveled to the Mexican coast to cultivate the salt myself. It is full of minerals and reputedly the least polluted with microplastics.

The 2nd salt sample is an herb salt blend I love that is made from Colima sea salt and herbs from my garden. It's perfect sprinkled on meat and vegetables, but it's also delicious in salad dressings and sauces.

The 3rd sample is sea salt from Trapani, Sicily where I also traveled to witness the ancient process of harvesting salt from the Mediterranean Sea. I've blended it with one of my favorite dried chiles from India. The mathania chile is from the state of Rajasthan, and I purchased it on my recent visit to India. This chile salt is the perfect seasoning to add a little heat to fish, chicken, and pasta dishes. I also love it sprinkled on eggs!

1.15oz of sale per sampler (3.45oz total).
