Hands-On Mediterranean Cooking Class - Feb 11th
Spend the evening in Shannon's kitchen learning a variety of Mediterranean dishes inspired from her travels. From Greece to Morocco to Turkey and Italy, you'll prepare a feast full of unique flavors and stories!
We'll begin with a mezze platter of fresh pita with muhammara, tzatziki, baba ganoush, and hummus, then prepare paella made with chicken and Spanish sausage. We'll end with churros and chocolate, and each participant will go home with recipes.
Beverages will be supplied by Artisan Fine Wine and Spirits.
This is a hands-on class where everyone will participate, and it is limited to only 10 people. Come experience the Mediterranean while meeting new friends and gaining new skills in the kitchen!
