A Night in India Dinner Party - March 6th

$210.00
Sold out!

Since my first trip to India in 2012, I've been captivated by its culture and cuisine. From the vibrant south in Goa and Kerala to the rich traditions of the north in Delhi and Rajasthan, I've explored bustling spice markets, sampled delicious street food, and learned authentic recipes and techniques from generous local hosts.

I am delighted to invite you to an intimate dinner party with only 14 guests seated at my dining room table. The evening will begin with a taste of Dahi Papdi Chaat, a beloved Mumbai street food snack. For dinner, brass platters will be filled with a variety of flavorful curries, aromatic dal, tangy chutneys, savory masalas, and freshly-made flatbread. To end the meal on a sweet note, we will enjoy Kheer, a rich rice pudding infused with saffron and cardamom, accompanied by a hot cup of chai tea.

I'm eager to share stories of my adventures across my four trips to India and my recent charity work with a shelter in Delhi this past February.

This should be an evening to remember and I can’t wait to host you!
