To celebrate the end of summer, I’m firing up the grill for a relaxed feast inspired by everything I love about this time of year. I’ll shop the farmers market, marinate meats, chop salads, and stir together flavorful sauces, then bring it all to the table to be shared family style. September in Oklahoma may still feel very much like summer, so we’ll most likely gather around the table indoors, but the flavors of the evening will come straight from the fire outside.
This is my first-ever “last-minute” pop-up dinner, which makes it feel especially fun. There's no overly planned menu, just beautiful ingredients, plenty of food, and a table full of people. I hope you’ll join me for one last feast to celebrate summer.
