'Hidden Gem' meets 'The Hidden Table' Dinner - Sept 10th
Join Chef Shannon Smith and Rachel Rose Dazey as they create a dinner experience like no other. Rachel is a renowned jewelry artist specializing in gold, silver, and gemstones to adorn the body. She and Cat Cox, Tulsa bread artist, host “hidden gem” dinners to bring groups of people together with intention, joy, and creativity.
Cat creates a work of art in itself, with a loaf of bread milled from grains she purchases directly from farmers. For this dinner, she bakes the bread with a hidden ring inside that is made by Rachel. Everyone takes a slice of bread, and someone finds the rings inside and gets to keep it!
Chef Shannon will serve a 4-course dinner with recipes from her cookbook, The Hidden Table. This dinner will be served around the table in Shannon’s dining room, and it is limited to only 16 guests.
