From grilling over wood fire to smoking with charcoal to “caveman” cooking in glowing ash, this will be an evening of flavors you won’t forget. Join Shannon and grill master, Nick Parsons as they teach grilling techniques and serve a flavor-packed dinner in Shannon’s outdoor kitchen.

Nick Parsons has been hosting live-fire events all over the U.S. for 15 years. He founded Oklahoma’s first dedicated outdoor cooking school in 2017. He and Shannon have been longtime friends, and have finally planned an evening where both will share their knowledge and hospitality to guests in Shannon’s Tulsa home.

For the first half of the evening, Nick and Shannon will show you how to grill meat, vegetables, fruits, and bread, using the oldest form of outdoor cooking: Fire! The second half of the evening, guests will be seated in Shannon’s garden where a feast will be served family-style and beverages will be offered by Artisan Fine Wine and Spirits. Dress for chilly weather (we hope), and come ready to learn, have fun, and eat an unforgettable meal.
