Mexican Spirits Dinner with Lot001 - March 5th
Join Shannon as she collaborates with Lot001 and Artisan Fine Wine and Spirits in an extraordinary 5-course dinner paired with tequila cocktails, Mexican wine, and other Mexican spirits. Cameron Holck, ambassador for Lot001 will be in attendance to describe the spirits and the stories of the producers from all over Mexico.
Shannon will prepare dishes from her many travels to Mexico, from Nayarit to Oaxaca, including Mole Poblano, a 30-ingredients dish which she recently learned from Chef Bola in San Miguel. She'll serve ceviche-stuffed chile, a dish from the coast of Oaxaca, and tostada piled high with pork prepared 3 ways. Dessert will be a unique pie made from mangos, cinnamon, and clove which she learned from Alondra in Bucerias.
This will be a festive evening celebrating the food, stories, and spirits of Mexico. Reserve your seat before it's too late!
